How to make a payment request in SagaPoll
Once you’ve reached 5,000 points, you will need to fill out your Administrative details. We will ask for your ID card and a selfie to confirm your identity. Please note that the information on the ID must be consistent with the account details provided previously.
Our team will validate these details within 48 hours and you will be able to complete the Payment Information. In this section you will inform us your account number.
This can vary depending on the method of payment. If you choose bank transfer, we will ask you the number of your bank account and also the name. Please note that in some countries we ask for the IBAN (international bank account number), which is a standard international numbering system developed to identify an overseas bank account.
If you decide on mobile money, we will ask you the name of your mobile provider as well, such as:

How long does it take to receive your payment once you made the request?
Please note that all the payments (except Airtime, where it is immediate) require 7 business days, so be patient.
We also would like to remember that you need to provide consistent and real information in order to redeem your points. You can be banned from our app if:
- You have not provided exact, current and complete information.
- We detect that you have registered at SagaPoll on more than one occasion.
- We detect that you have taken part dishonestly in the activities that we have offered you.
- You use inappropriate, offensive, threatening, defamatory or deceptive language in surveys, emails and/or in any other official channel of SagaPoll, including social networks.
- You breach any of the obligations indicated in these General Terms and Conditions or any other cause that SagaPoll considers, prior communication.
